First i have visited o kk trends but they said rooms full and sent us to other hotel near by i have booked for two adults and two children but they have provided us only just couple room, i have requested for extra bed for children but nit provided, and tv was not working, no one responded to our request, no water bottle, no sope. It was a tear-able night for us.

Worst experience and bad maintenance poor experience not cleaning properly toooooo bad experience.

I don't like the room. It's very small. Staff are not so good. They don't know to satisfy the customer.

Worrest hotel management and i never suggest to any one no room service, bad odour in room, no hot water, hotel service is very very bad waste of time, money.

The hotel is simple to find and in an ideal location. The large area allows for very comfortable moving all over the space.

The hotel is in a great location and offers a welcoming and safe atmosphere. Every one of the staff is friendly and accommodating.

Good rooms and staff

I think mm t should avoid getting such businesses. The money you quote to us, users is of no value to them. They have a separate rate catalogue to which they strictly stick to. No matter how urgent the situation is for the customer to get a room that he already paid and booked on mmt, still they would allow you only if you additionally pay more amount. The amount was 1025 on mmt. I paid and booked and reached the hotel only to know that i have to pay extra 700 for getting a room. I travel-led around 7 hours in a bus to reach vijaywada and had to get a room to freshen up and use washroom and this was what i got a reply from them. I am not sure what i could do. In the end i had to pay 200 after 1 hr of negotiation and helplessness to get a room asap. Overall a terrible experience. As a customer. I would want mmt to allow only those hotels who accept the price you show. At-least put a confirm booking by hotel option strictly. If they are not satisfied with rate you offer to customer, let them cancel it and customer can go for another one which is hassle free thanks

No breakfast provided no generator backup

Kk trends riom is good, but room service is not satisfied too much late

It was a dirty stay, room was dirty and the boy won't come quickly and the service is bad. The boy won't return the change. Example- i have given rs 500 to him to get tea and water, he won't return the change and will come after 3 hours of time

Location was good near to shopping malls

I haven't stayed there but check-in itself denied because i have booked room for two days i haven't there on first day due to personal reasons when i got there on second day they said that mine booking was auto checked in and there are no rooms available to stay

Bathroom was not clean smoking smell was coming there is no towels and no soaps its my wrost experience
