Hotel River Bay

One of the worst experience i had in this hotel. Rooms are fungus bathrooms are not clean, beds are filled with hair. It's worse than the lodge. The staff shows no respect, very rude behaviour. I don't recommend anyone especially the foreigners, plz never go there.

the worst experience that I had in River bay. The staff managers and all the staff disrespected the foreign people. No respect, no politeness. the rooms are worse than the lodge. Bed sheets and towels are not clean at all, some rooms have fungus, bathrooms are not clean at all, a/c don't work. In the reception there was no fan, no ac. I don't recommend it to anyone, especially foreigners.

The resort has become too old and renovation is badly required, rooms are big but does not looks clean the attached restaurant does not serve most of the dishes mentioned in the menu and they do t even serve local delicacy like fish in the restaurant. The only plus point is the location and river view.

Location is good but the maintenance in the property is very poor. Santhoor Soaps in bathroom , very rude commodes , rusted taps , torned sofas , bent key patches , and poor reception quality. Towels are not washed properly… very very poor …

They have given dirty bed sheets with dirty pillow covers and Receptionist is asking all guests signatures (New Rules) on Entry form

The property right on the banks of river Godhavari is pretty scenic, particularly the river view rooms. It’s quite an old property and needs major upkeep. Pros: 1- very close to the railway station 2- scenic views of river Godhavari. Cons: 1- Average maintained rooms, particularly the toilets. The WC needed atleast 4-5 flushes to clear and it was not rectified ever after complaints. The toilet door and walls had lot of moss. 2- Exactly same menu at the breakfast for the two days we stayed. 3- They had only hard pillows which led to neck pain for us. 4- The front desk staff were not very helpful. 5- The corridors leading to the rooms and the restaurants had a very strong damp smell. Overall, other than the scenic location our experience was very average

Highly over rated and over priced hotel. The only thing good about the hotel is the location on the Godavari river. Over priced. Bad and dated and worn out rooms. Horrible bathrooms. Bad air-conditioning. Bad food and breakfast. Bad house keeping. And so on and so forth.

it's good as it has beautiful river view n Ac is good n room is spacious but the bedsheets n blanket n pillow covers is very stinky smell n could not sleep entire night.otherwise it's good.food also very tasty .thank you

worst hotel, very old, improper maintenance. I fall sick after the stay at River bey, I been through all the max hotel in AP & TS ans this was worst experience.

one of the worst services I ever got during my stays in hotel especially Mr Shashank's manager behavior made me feel like I'm staying in a hotel or in a road street you don't get food on the menu at the same time they don't allow you to get your orders from outside don't have proper service and behavior from reception side too
