v. good stay.. good cooperative staff. ambience Good.. It was a very good stay at Rashmiral

Not a clean hotel. Poorly maintained. Lot of follow up required even for basic requirements like toiletries. No running hotwater.

Rooms and service are good. They will provide food from a restaurant which is located next to this hotel. Budget hotel and one can stay for a day or two.

Receiving is so bad, service is not good, room not comfortable, totally this hotel is verry bad

1. Property direction given was wrong. 2. behaviour of the reception over phone was not good. 3. room. allotted to the couple was individual bed. 4.Toilet was not clean and light also not working. 5.WATER BOTTLES are not provided in the room So all over experience was not good. Just average.

while the rooms look recently painted and polished, the overall fittings in the room are either old or missing. on both sides of bed, lamps were missing and wires were hanging. and overall the room given felt a bit small though my booking was for 3 people. extra mattress given to us was torn in a certain place. and blanket given was also a torn one.

Property is very good and comfortable stay but make my trip has to change the phone number of the property

Hotel is very dirty. Wash room is terrible and not good.

Gst bill on the name of company not provided by hotel when asked simply ignored by saying make my trip will provide and it’s not there responsibility, all other hotels at rajahmundry which booked through mm t has provided gst detailed invoice but here they didn’t provide any due to which i can’t claim the bill at my office will never book this hotel again

Initially allocated room was not clean. When informed support staff was very helpful and changed the room. Good service.

Rooms are old even the washroom looks very poor. The room was not so clean. Safety is good. The staff is good. Hygeinity - neutral

Hotel staff has given excellent service. Hotel room is clean & neat except wash room lighting is not properly maintained. Overall good.

No value for money taking that much amount and not giving minimum requirements still last month giving 500 ml water bottle as a complimentary along with break fast is not available while we are booking showing and booking also done with complimentary break fast but after reaching they simply said no complimentary break fast if you book online we will get for you that 2 varieties only very upset

We had missed the restaurent in the hotel. Coffee was good. But all the remaining things were brought from outside

The service is outstanding. We recommend it to the other relatives and friends
