Need to provide more facilities .Room is good but they need to improve food service as per hotel standards.

it was a nice stay for me. The food and location was good. Very GD behaviour for all staff. the property was value for the rate.

it is ok but break fast complementary 120/ only. TV not working. bath room cleaning also not properly

Not worth the price we pay for 1 night. The bathroom has broken taps and soap racks. Fan makes a lot of noise. Even though i booked in advance and checked in late . They still took 25 mins to clean the room . Kept me waiting.

room is neat and clean.ggodavari vew from window is beautiful. room service is good.very attentive staff. Food is very tasty.rate is reasonable.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was the worst experience I've had. The moment I entered the room, I was hit with a bad smell that lingered throughout my stay. The service was subpar, with staff seeming unresponsive to my needs. To make matters worse, the list of maintenance issues was lengthy. The air conditioning was faulty, the shower was leaky, and the furniture was worn out. It was clear that the hotel had neglected its maintenance and repairs, making for a very uncomfortable stay. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very old hotel. No proper maintenance. Not recommended for anyone even given two phone numbers are not working

Not upto the mark for the price paid

The room allotted had a tariff of 2000 plus taxes. I would have booked directly and got a better room. A very bad experience

Worst room service. Looks like they are running the hotel just for name sake. Terrible rooms and worst room service.

The room was clean and decent staff only issue is it's near to railway track so you keep hearing g trains. I stayed solo for my work purpose it is safe

This hotel is pretty ordinary. No facilities. Not in prime location. High tariff. Why make my trip promoting this hotel. This out of understand. Overall my money totally waste.

The hotel is centrally located. The staff is very good. Food is very delicious. Rooms are spacious enough. Overall it is good stay and pocket friendly. Strongly recommend.

Not well maintained hotel. Washrooms are very dirty, blankets are not washed properly. Lift also not working properly.

It was a nightmare staying one night in the not so clean filthy room. The linens were not clean. The ac was not cooling. Lots of flys in side the room. Upen complain the hotel staff said they can not do anything as the person would come next day only. So we have to manage only the fan. The location is next to a rail track, so can't sleep properly as whole night you can hear the train horn. Only food in the restaurant was good. Will never ever again stay in this hotel. Also mm t marketing these rooms as elite and good but in reality this rooms are not even worth for rs. 1000. When i complained to mm t about the ac not working their standards answer is the issue would be resolved in next 72 hours. Are you joking mmt? i was forced spend the sleepless night without ac and continuous train engine honking and you will resolve the issue within 72 hours. I would not use this hotel sitara elite in future and advice others too.

Dont even think of staying here. Nothing is right. They will give u stares if u ask for cleaning a washroom! i am not going to go back and wont recommend this to anyone. Just stay away from this hotel in rjy.

Price point for that accommodation has to be under 1500- only good thing was ac. Very bad expireance thanks
