The room and bed photos in the website and internet is totally different from the real experience Room is totally outdated and very very poor maintenance .. Room service is very poor.. Room and bedsheets are stinking... The varanda (outside the room ) was totally unclean ... THE SUNSET VIEW FROM THE BALCONY VIEW WAS REALLY AWESOME ..

Poor Stay
Rooms are not tidy. Cigarette smoke smell is all round the hotel. Walls are moisturised. Bathrooms are very smelly. Commodes are yellowish.

Poor Stay
Food was good, location was excellent, facilities like parking space was limited, room ambiance was not so cleaned & maintained. Furniture was outdated & broken electrical kettle. Bathroom, toilet was not so clean. Seems to be an old property & needs proper maintenance & renovation.

Horrible experience. unsafe for families
Poorly Maintained, Worst service, Unhygienic Kitchen rats running in restaurant. Beds are in very poor condition. Matress was smelling and dirty. Door was jammed had to be pushed hard to open. Could not open the door when tried to exit has to call for support. Toilet was old and had hard water stains every where. In my entire travel bookings with MMT this is the worst nightmarish experience. Had to leave within 1 hr of check in as it was unsafe.

worst experience
Worst experience ever. The rooms are poorly maintained — the washroom door wouldn’t even close properly. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, and there was a serious lack of cleanliness throughout the room. Everything felt old and worn out, definitely not what you'd expect for the high price they charge. This hotel is absolutely not worth the cost. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Terrible Stay
This has been one of my worst stays in a so-called resort. The room was smelly, water supply was not working, and there were even blood stains. It was not cleaned properly, and there were too many mosquitoes. I will definitely be reporting this to MakeMyTrip not to. Iy tixket from makemy trip

A distasteful visit! Do NOT stay!!
We got a room first, looked alright but the washrooms are a SIGHT. Water speed was SO slow, AC wasnt working and the toilet seat had STAINS!! We asked for a change, second room was alright but the problem struck when we were off to sleep.. Mosquitoes and the number of powercuts 😣 We chose this hotel only because it was the only pet friendly hotel in whole area. Do NOT recommend, Just a heavy cost to pay!

Terrible Stay
One of the worst experience i had in this hotel. Rooms are fungus bathrooms are not clean, beds are filled with hair. It's worse than the lodge. The staff shows no respect, very rude behaviour. I don't recommend anyone especially the foreigners, plz never go there.

worse than the lodge.
the worst experience that I had in River bay. The staff managers and all the staff disrespected the foreign people. No respect, no politeness. the rooms are worse than the lodge. Bed sheets and towels are not clean at all, some rooms have fungus, bathrooms are not clean at all, a/c don't work. In the reception there was no fan, no ac. I don't recommend it to anyone, especially foreigners.

Average Stay
The resort has become too old and renovation is badly required, rooms are big but does not looks clean the attached restaurant does not serve most of the dishes mentioned in the menu and they do t even serve local delicacy like fish in the restaurant. The only plus point is the location and river view.

Location is good but the maintenance in the property is very poor. Santhoor Soaps in bathroom , very rude commodes , rusted taps , torned sofas , bent key patches , and poor reception quality. Towels are not washed properly… very very poor …
