Food & amenities are good. I have complaints on MakeMyTrip. 1. You gave a guarantee of 3 hrs advance check-in which they have not honoured. If you book directly to the hotel they are ready to offer the w/o waiting. Since I booked through makemytrip I had to wait for 2 hrs. 2. U tried to contact your service for clarification. Your service was horrible. Nobody was lifting. Auto reply can’t understand
