I upgraded to another higher category room to have a view of the river, the room was very bad with dirty blankets and a very small and smelly bathroom. There were no water kept in the room nor was there any amenities. Anything we asked for in food wasn’t available either. In the morning for breakfast there were only two things, idly and vada. When we asked for hot idly, the server refused saying that it wasn’t possible. We asked for tea, they said they can’t make ginger tea. The experience was horrendous. For 4k a night, this is the worst quality of service. Even lodges have better service than this ‘resort’

Food is worst of the worst. Myself and my child tried chicken biryani in dinner and vomit-ted all the night. Avoid this place. Place is remote. Approach road is worst. No security. Avoid this for night stay. Day visits ok.

Staying experienced at sunrise resort was terrible. Extremely bad housekeeping and no intercom available to contact to receptionist. Very bad food & bad service. No security during night hours. Many more bad experience i ever had in my life while staying in a hotel during my stay. Recommend to you that not to suggest your clients to choose this resort.
