Disappointing Stay
I had a disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. The overall ambiance is very poor, and the rooms lack proper ventilation, making the environment feel dull and uncomfortable. The condition of the rooms is below expectations and in need of serious improvement. The only positive was the breakfast, which was quite good. Unfortunately, aside from that, the stay was far from satisfactory.

water leaking all the floor is wet all the day lately given the room no proper service I asked for wakeup call they forgot to wake me up and I missed my train very bad

in this hot summer there is no A/C really horrible stay.even in restaurant all so no a/c in front office also no a/c noing all that still they takeing booing.

Excellent Stay
Property is good and it is in the middle of city.. The customer service is great and they informed before check in regarding the issue with AC which I like the most as most of the hotels will not do that.. So overall it’s a good experience on the stay.

Average Stay
Reception staff especially one lady is too arrogant on room extension and overpriced with no in house restaurant it’s a typical big lodge and ac isn’t working and finally no hot water atleast

Worst Rooms and services
Worsted Room service. No hot water for guests. Broken tiles inside room. Reception Girl employee was not responding even I am beg for Hot water to do bath since 8:30am today. They responded at 9am . But am already ready to go for office that time with out bath. They said Just sorry which is easy to say for everyone. Break fast is good.

Value for money
familyIts a decent hotel in the heart of the city, the hotel was clean and for the price its value for money. They do not have restaurant but the bell boy will make arrangements for food. The staff is courteous and waived of my extra bed charges as well.

familyNo space for car parking, you have to keep it outside on the road which is unsafe. The washroom cleaning is not up to the mark and bad odour was coming. No mosquito liquid in the room. No food facility available in hotel except breakfast. And in breakfast i reached with my family at 9:30 am and no food was available. I have to wait for 20 mins. Not satisfied with breakfast

But the tariff is cheaper when i book directly, but it's costed abnormally through make my trip. Very sad
