Room condition was not good, gap between door frame and wall, water was liking continuously at bathroom. Service was excellent, location too.

Neat and clean bathroom.The hot water and shower worked perfectly. I had a sound sleep . Boys behaviour is nice

The room was like a confined space. room was not maintained properly so that the smell was not good & bath room door lock was not there so that it was unable to close while sleeping. Due that lot of mosquitoes are there.

Staying in River Bay is awesome due to view from the room. It’s great experience to see the River in early hours. However the maintenance is little poor and cost of the food is high. Service and response from the staff is good.

Cons: 1. The water in the bathroom wasn't heated properly, making bathing uncomfortable. 2. The bedsheet had hair all over it — clearly not changed or cleaned after the previous guest. Extremely unhygienic. 3. The cupboard was dusty, indicating that the room had not been properly cleaned. 4. There was no TV in the room — a basic facility you'd expect in any decent stay. 5. The bathroom made loud, strange noises around 1:00 AM. I called the staff three times, but no one came. Only after I argued with them about losing sleep did they move me to another room — far too late. 6. Most disturbing:e This means the room was not cleaned at all before I was checked in. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Pro: Plenty of clean drinking water was available. Conclusion: Except for drinking water, this place fails in every important aspect — hygiene, service, and basic comfort. The carelessness shown in room preparation and lack of staff response makes it completely unworthy of a stay. Strongly not recommended. Don't go there.

Hotel Sitara Grand was a OK stat one …. Not much comfortable but a goodone …too much smoking smell left our family uncomfortable… rooms are not luxuriod ones but moderately fine …

Experience is not that much good. Bad smell was coming from the bed sheets, pillow covers. TV was there but remote was not working. AC was working which is good. Hotel staff is cooperative and helpful.

Location is good, No Food available, All the amenities were not worth for the pricing. Services are below average. I strongly donot recommend this hotel, for better staying experience in Rajahmundry.

If Iam booking through MakeMyTrip my expectations are high but when Iam going to hotel the rooms are conjusted
