Found this property in make my trip and Nice place neat and clean , easy for shopping nearby only disadvantage is mosquitoes

Absolutely terrible experience, the management is rude, arrogant, and careless. Made me wait over an hour for online booking. TV didn’t work, staff came 7 times telling stories but never fixed it. They even turn off the AC every time you go out. Worst service and zero respect, avoid this hotel at all costs!

Property is located at prime location and maintenance need to take care

Intercom not working, bad staf behaviour , no room service..

room was good. bathroom had a strange smell. in the name of breakfast, they just handed two paper wrapped dosas. no plate, no tea or coffee.. even at the time of leaving, no one bothers to help to take the luggage. even if we ask for help, no one even listened.

stay is ok but food...? yes don't book this hotel with food options. they don't have restaurant getting food outside and not sure about where they buy since felt food packing is unhygienic.

Staff were putting off the AC while I am still in the room. They supplied the breakfast after 10 am that to after repeated requests

Location is not good, however the room is very neat and good. Service is fine, they don’t have restaurant no room service is available

we reached the hotel by 10.30pm. the parking space is good. hotel room is good. but the service is quite average. we were 2 adults, but there was only 1 towel. i asked to give them. only 1/2 ltr 2 water bottles were there. when we asked for extra bottles they charges us. no toothpaste, brush, shaving items were there. including tax we paid - but regular and necessary items. 3 out of 5 i can give.

Room boys were polite and helpful. They were also flexible in my timing according to my need in entering and vacating the room. Good water facility.

Room and bathroom are not at all clean and even though they promised clean and hygiene room and bathroom they gave us a pathetic room and there are mosquitoes everywhere. They towels and blankets they provided are very dirty and unhygienic. Worst experience

The hotel is not as per standards of mmt. They charges for breakfast included but did not have any facility for food. Mmt should look into before categorising such “lodges” under their portfolio

This hotel is equipped with all the facilities, location is in the middle of the market. Cleanliness is good.

A best hospitality i received from the hotel staff. They are very cooperative and caring. Rooms are very cleaned and hygienic.

Room inside insects. Please hygiene

I stayed 3times in very short span hotel is very nice and staff is very cooperative. Breakfast is only a concern rest all fine.
