Nice experience with good eminities . Actually i am regular customer to go to Anand regency. Hotel ambiance is very good

the hotel is clean and centrally located. the chef made jain good on our request which was very delicious. rooms were clean

The room and the bathroom were not upto our expectations. If they are charging more than 5k it should be worth it.

This property used to be the best in Rajahmundry till few years back. Now it is poorly maintained and most of the fittings are in a dilapidated condition. Not recommended to stay.

Rooms are too old. Less hygiene in the washrooms. The reception staff couldn’t speak communicate properly in english.

Anand regency has gone down drastically after the recent issue. They have stopped maintaining it properly. Many rooms are in sealed state and they closed the restaurant. They are serving breakfast in a makeshift room. We initially got very shabby rooms with malfunctioning bathrooms. After raising the concern, they have changed to better rooms. We have stayed there multiple times and honestly it has lost its sheen.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. Breakfast was decent, though options were limited. Overall, a good value for money.

We got deceived by the software while booking the property. I was to book 2 rooms for 4 adults. When I started, one room and 2 adults appeared, I modified to 2 rooms expecting 2 rooms would be booked for 4 adults rachel with 2 adults. But it got booked 2 rooms for 2 adults only. As a result I had to pay for one more adult for each room. It’s a software issue.

Property looks like an old age home with no higine and very unprofessional staff and AC's had very bad odur we were unable to stay in allocated for 1hr again multiple calls to reception and room service finally check and changed the hotel very bad experience ever too worse hotel as per pricing it's not worthable if you ask me i never recommend this

Negetive : Rooms was spacious but the wall has the lot of damp, bathroom also having bad smell and door also having damp. but it was clean. Positive: good part is bed and butler service, both are really good. In house restaurants are not available.
