Room service was very poor. Room condition was also very poor.

we enjoyed our journey with happiness and watch the natural beauty....mini sweetzerland of India..... khajiyar... awesome palace....

It is good if you are looking for medium budget hotel

The rooms offered were in very bad condition and so much stairs are there to which leads to the room. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

The hotel room is very bad. Bathroom is also not good. Location is not good. I couldn't understand how the make my trip registered this type of hotel. Stay was really very bad.

Arrogant staff, Mr Amit. No courtesy, no hospitality. He said that he didn't receive e-mail about our arrival. Hotel does not have landline, e-mail address or Mobile phone. Owner is fake person as he did not contact us on our grievances. MMT should remove this hotel from list. Hotel Shangri-La is excellent.
