Bad rooms with lots of stairs.

The rooms offered were in very bad condition and so much stairs are there to which leads to the room. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

The hotel room is very bad. Bathroom is also not good. Location is not good. I couldn't understand how the make my trip registered this type of hotel. Stay was really very bad.

Arrogant staff, Mr Amit. No courtesy, no hospitality. He said that he didn't receive e-mail about our arrival. Hotel does not have landline, e-mail address or Mobile phone. Owner is fake person as he did not contact us on our grievances. MMT should remove this hotel from list. Hotel Shangri-La is excellent.
