Just got back from Dalhousie and honestly, staying at Nomadic Birds Hostel was one of the best parts of the trip! The place is tucked right into nature with gorgeous mountain views all around — perfect for anyone who loves peace, greenery, and a chill vibe. The staff were super friendly, the rooms were clean and cozy, and there’s just something special about waking up to birdsong and misty hills. Totally loved the vibe here — a must-stay spot for future Dalhousie trips! 🌄💚

Terrible Stay
Unable to find the property location as the display banner was with a different name that has been shown while booking and the room was full with odour of cigerette due to those issues we checkout the hotel in 1 hour same day but the details has not been updated till next day

In the future, we recommend checking the local location thoroughly before booking and opting against booking inexpensive private cabs for your travel, as they often lack local knowledge, experience misguidance, and might lead to legal issues in case of police checks or accidents. This advice is meant to ensure you enjoy your travel without unnecessary stress. We are just 01 kms ahead punjpulla market Dalhousie and only 3.5 kms ahead city center, ( Mall Road & Tibetan Market Dalhousie. As per your early check-in request, it was accommodated based on your request, and we had to adhere to our checkout and cleaning policies. In the future, we assure you that we will repair and prominently display our Hostel board on the main gate and hope to serve you better in the future.

It was a peaceful stay and property owner guided me very detailed and specific. view was good from the room. food was nice 👍.

Nice to visit there
It was good experience to stay there. Dorms are clean, bathroom some where is under repair. Otherwise food is also good and good location near to panchpula. It was good experience and dorms are neat and clean but bathroom is under repair, balcony view was good sight seeing

More Nature inside a Nature!
This place feels like ours and you feel free here. I will be here again as I come to Dalhousie. Its workers from bottom to top are so humble n loving so I want to keep in touch with them irrespective of what their job roles are. I think I could live here for weeks as it seems suitable for workstation. Here I saw people from many cultures and everyone comes to this hostel seems hospitable n loving in nature. Nomadic Dalhousie aka The Bird's Hostel adds more loving people in your life. Be open to people, you will become we! 💛 Love you Nomadic Dalhousie or The Bird's Hostel. Here I met Nik, tattoo artist working there as a freelancer and Shammi Gaddi, a chef, knowledgeable person.

Best Place To Stay In and Around Dalhousie

Location is apt for a workcation ! friendly staff and amazing vibe
The food served is of great quality! the staff is super helpful and supportive. Also, the location is perfect for a workcation. Wifi speed could be improved a bit but i'd like to give a 5 star rating to the hygiene, my overall comfort and experience during the stay was amazing and i can't wait to be back at the property again.

Great place at outskirts of dalhousie
I love this place. Both owner and staff are very nice and friendly. Food quality is also good. Everytime i will book this place if i am going to dalhousie.

Excellent Stay at This Beautiful Property.
I would say this is the best Property in Whole Dalhousie.. When you wake up here you will get an amazing View that I don't think so will get from somewhere else at this Price Point. Also the Property Owner Mr Nitin bhiya was such an awesome guy he was very helpful.. So I really Liked the stay & Loved it to be there again.. ❤️🏔️

Various things are good in the said place- 1. 3km from panchpula very peaceful and no rush, full enjoyment in pleasant atmosphere. 2. If you'r solo traveller, this place is for you. 3. Mr. Arun is for everything 4. Kitchen facility, what you want, everything is available

Not worth it
They are doing renovation of the property. Many basic amenities are missing. Host is good and helpful. Must skip this till renovation complets.
