Hotel room environment is not good also there is no hygiene is maintains and breakfast quality is not good also staff is not supportive

There was no proper guidance for the rooms no AC was working shifted another room not at all good

50/ rs breakfast @250. Why? room available @1000, where i am paying 2000/ why? hotel manager don't know about booking, what's management?

Minerva hotel is best for family and also good behavior of receptionist and manager

For the given price no provision of moisturizer, hair oil etc. Coffee heater is not handy, needs to be fixed near bed for power supply. Breakfast quantity/ quality is average

Nice hotel. Clean room and food is also ok. Big room. This is a bug det hotel and you can't get better than this hotel in this price range.

Verify good quality rooms availability with hotel

Washroom was very dirty. Actual rate of room is very low than mentioned in mmt. Feel like cheated by mmt. I stayed there for one night. Location is very to find very near to bustand. Service was ok.

This hotel is bad and that is an understatement. The rooms are terrible, the staff is rude and they are still living in the 90s. Nobody cleans the rooms, makes your bed, there is no wifi, they don't give complimentary bottle of water, toilets are dirty, restaurant is dirty, the floor has dust all over and they have no idea about catering to guests. Avoid it at all cost.

Not worth mentioning, it’s does not live to the standard..
Terrible stay and very unhygienic one too,can’t recommend this to anyone

Hotel is in good location, rooms are good and clean.
