The tv was not working. After telling them then also they didn’t recharge the connection. Then washrooms are very old. Continuously the noice was coming from AC, as it was old. Food was very good.

Ambience is good

Very Nice
Hotel Is Excellent with regards to location,service and room size.Amenities were sound and hot water was available.Food is must try.Ajanta Restaurant serves you with multi cuisines.

Average Stay
I stayed in the suite which was spacious, ambient, and clean. However, the bath tub was not working, which was a disappointing experience, and the hot water supply was inconsistent. The service was quite slow as well, though the reception staff were polite and helpful. The major drawback of this hotel is its location. If you are planning to work in the city, this may not be the right choice since nothing is available nearby — you will need to travel to the city for most needs. However, for those visiting the MIDC area, this is probably the best hotel option around.

Far from City. Good & Polite Staff. Pillows where dirty. Room are spacious. Sofa In Room Was dirty. Please avoid their Brekfast. Why do they Keep Breakfast God knows ? Oily Bhature & Upma. Completely Dirty Tea Cups I asked them to Change & give New but they didnt. Exhaust Fan In Room was completely Noisy..

Terrible Stay
I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was not as clean as expected — there were stains on the carpet and dust on several surfaces. The air conditioning barely worked, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. Customer service also left much to be desired. When I brought up the issues with the front desk, the response was indifferent, and no real effort was made to resolve the problems. The location is decent, and the lobby looks nice, but unfortunately, that didn’t make up for the overall lack of comfort and service. I expected more for the price paid. Would not stay again.

Worst
My stay at Four Seasons Recreation was the worst hotel experience — it is in no way tied to the Four Seasons brand; the sofa was dirty, bathroom fittings were broken, the door wouldn’t lock, water was extremely hard, and the so-called buffet breakfast was limited to just dosa and poha.

Too many cockroaches in room and towels and bedsheets they won’t change frequently . We have to keep requesting
