Too much cockroach found in room tv is not visible bed not good pilo is not good towel is not washing

The hotel is very bad, literally insects are moving on the bed also the room is getting so dirty smale in the room, while the room freshener is not even placed.

Where to give detailed feed back. Room 301 which was given to us was as follows water closet not cleaned all yellow marks inside and after complaint also not cleaned simple harpick could have cleaned that but they couldn’t dust been bracken wodrobe door shutters bracken drawers not moving smoothly windows didn’t locked at two locations and there was common passage between all rooms so anyone can easily enter in room from out side. Not felt safe in such condition plumbing basin tap not working properly ambieance was good but all above points are hardly costing anything but they are not maintaining please improve on this and you people also should visit your hotels regularly this has happened second time and slowly we are loosing our trust. Thanks

I was really shocked to see such a low gade hotel .It was an hourly based just bedsheet changing hotel, a place for couples to enjoy. Mine was a business tour and my clients also told me the same, the room was dirty, bedsheet/blanket/pilow cover was having stains, TV was arranged later, no tea set, glass for water. it took me 1 hr. to get the things arranged forcefully. No hand towel, hair drier, tissue paper in bathroom, even could not get hot water for bathing as the switch was kept off at reception. Morning breakfast experience was also horrible for me, although I was ready to checkout at 7.30 am, the breakfast delayed my further schedules, as it was including in my package. The cook came @ 8 am and asked me what I want in breakfast, just a few normal / regular options, which he said will take atleast 30 minutes. Due to time constraint I was left with no option other than just bread butter and tea. The hotel management is not bother to keep a well groomed, educated and up-to-date staff, just managing with few poor & needy children, who all might be staying in nearby vicinity. Normally I always prefer Royal Palace, President Hotel, Four Season for stay in Jalgaon but this time the hotels were full and mistakenly booked this hotel. since it was non refundable, I was left with no option. I strongly feel should immediately remove this hotel I also feel that it was completely wastage of money for me and i should get my total money refunded.

Service is terrible i ask gst bill they denied me to give i bet any of business travelers will not agree to gov min 2000 also after stay fully unprofessional behaviour of staff hygine is way far insects are there

Very dirty. Lacks basic requirements. Rooms are bad. Staff is not trained at all.
