I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was not as clean as expected — there were stains on the carpet and dust on several surfaces. The air conditioning barely worked, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. Customer service also left much to be desired. When I brought up the issues with the front desk, the response was indifferent, and no real effort was made to resolve the problems. The location is decent, and the lobby looks nice, but unfortunately, that didn’t make up for the overall lack of comfort and service. I expected more for the price paid. Would not stay again.

My stay at Four Seasons Recreation was the worst hotel experience — it is in no way tied to the Four Seasons brand; the sofa was dirty, bathroom fittings were broken, the door wouldn’t lock, water was extremely hard, and the so-called buffet breakfast was limited to just dosa and poha.

Rooms are big but not mentioned properly,loonon toilet seat enter in the room

Worst stay along with worst food quality & service..........................

I would like to bring to your attention some concerns regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, I found that the cleanliness standards were not up to the mark. The rooms and washrooms were not properly cleaned, and there was a noticeable unpleasant smell. Additionally, the breakfast quality was quite poor, and hygiene standards were not being maintained in the dining area. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and take the necessary steps to improve the overall cleanliness and service quality for future guests.

The room was not clean, we had a cockroach crawling on the bed post. We did ask to switch the room but didn’thave the guts since all rooms felt the same, unclean. The dinner was good, but the complimentary breakfast sucked. Thr bread had black stuff on it which looked like fungus and they only had 2 items to serve which was mostly empty. The tea and coffee was cold too and no one attended unless called for reheating. Overall, the hotel was not worth paying that huge price.

Location: The hotel is situated on the outskirts of the city in an industrial area, which may not be ideal for all travelers. However, it makes up for the location with its well-maintained ambience and cleanliness. Ambience & Cleanliness: Despite being in an industrial zone, the hotel provides a pleasant and clean environment, making the stay comfortable. Food: The food is average—nothing exceptional but decent enough for a short stay. Facilities: The facilities offered are good and cater well to basic needs.

Room was not clean/neat. Leakage at roof corner in bathroom. Cockroach/bugs near cot. Not a value for money. Having better option at this price.

It's a scam in the name of four seasons. This is a just a local hotel. Nothing to do with four seasons chain.

I had a stay of 3 nights . Reception persons are good in behaviour but I had issues with cleaning and hygiene. I stay 1 at day - found lenin with lent, other day I expected my room will get cleaned and refreshed by return back by 2 and found in same condition, requested to change lenin and refresh room after an hour also noone came. Requested again then a person came and just rearrangedy bedsheet. ok. Next day on reception, I submitted my key and requested to change the lenin and towel , again I found the same - nothing is changed just rearranged. In room service- I ordered food and got a blackish stained dish . As amenities - didn't get a tooth kit, shaving kit, hair dryer and clean towel.
