New Regal Palace

I was very terrible experience with this stay,There was Old sofa sets, Service Stop don't have hospitality skills, there is no direct access for Cars ,No parking. I have asked Staff to carry my Bag from car to Room but staff didn't go . Buffet breakfast system is just for namesake. This experience with MakeMyTrip and with hotel stay was very unexpected.

Smokey smells in the rooms, though the room was big, but the restaurant was not clean, unhygienic practices by the staff, spoons are lying on tables, they were unable to serve a cup of coffee after 20 minutes waiting

The room was not good.....it was smelling bad....towel was not clean. The room was having insects. located properly near to Railway station.

1. Poor hygiene 2. Difficult to operate the shower lever 3. Didn’t come for cleaning throughout the 7 days 4. Did not provide water bottles 5. No wifi facilities 6. Starting breakfast only at 8.30 am 7. Small insects inside room 8. Poor response from hotel staff , did not provide complaint register. 9. Not even worth about 1500 rupees per day, 10. I don’t know how you have included in your group of hotel 11. Please make surprise visit to check these things out. 12. Totally disappointed by MMT for this stay.

Rooms are good and very spacious food also good quality and open restaurant near by Bus station ......

Location was okay, Food was okay But The washroom is not up to the mark. Poor Cleaning. also room not hygiene.

Food, amenities and services were very poor. The room which was allotted was having a bad smell and they tried to diffuse the smell by spraying room freshener but failed and we requested for the change of room. Complimentary railway transfers were denied by the hotel.

Hotel location is very good which is close to the railway station and very close to the bus stand as well. Rooms were neat & clean. Food was also available in restaurant and providing room service ad well.

The location is good however rooms are not maintained properly. Availability of hot water was issued. Food quality average.

The place is noisy. Surrounded by bus stand and many other lodges, hotels and restaurants. Workers keep making noises throughout the night. I could hardly sleep. The rooms are big but less clean.

Very average. No room service. Dingy food place.

If you are hygiene lover then hotel is not for you...room is fulled with fungi furniture. bathroom and washroom is dirty.. They are serving liquor in night and serving breakfast in morning in the same place , table's and chair were dirty...used lemon and sprinkles used for liquor was still on tables area at the time of breakfast, not serving good breakfast, choices are very limited even they are serving fruits and juice on choice..only south indian available in very poor kind of making.. saying its 3 star hotel...its a very low class hotel.

Food was not good, property was not clean also. Staff behavior was good & supportive. The property location is very good.

Stay was pleasant. Rooms are spacious and clean, well maintained. Room service is good. Staff is very cooperative. Parking for car is available. They even provided bed for driver. The only problem is the carpet at entry, which stinks a lot. Otherwise worth recommending.

The hotel is in good location, also room is big and clean. Only breakfast quality should be improve.

Very poor service, rooms are not clean, breakfast quality is poor. There is no sufficient parking space in hotel property if you are checking in lately then you won’t get parking and room type which you have booked.

While check in found that there are cockroach are enjoying on bed very bad condition of rooms & also breakfast quality is very bad, as they are serving properly. Staff behaviors is also bad
