Hotel Mahendra

The hotel food and services is good but the hotel rooms are not maintained well. It’s older hotel rooms. Need upgrade the hotel rooms and need renovations.

The room was not good. In a very bad condition bathroom, drain water is not possible.

Nice clean room, clean washroom, nice location, nice staff.

No shower hot water specially in evening & before 7am

The rooms are very small, no control over ac, only 2 same items for breakfast, if other basic items of b/f is asked, they charge you. Not a good hotel for business

No cleaning inside the room, the overview is good but the room was smelling very badly, no one attending reception phone, lights was totally not working in the room, please don't stay here.

The gap between advertised pictures and reality is significant. Several facilities in the rooms (we had booked 3 rooms) were not working when we checked in. The staff however worked quickly when pointed out and set things right . . Rooms are very poorly ventilated. We had chosen at the Non-AC rooms when booking due to budgetary constraints of the trip. However, we realized that given the ventilation (a very small window in two and only through doors in one of the rooms), it would be impossible to manage. We do however appreciate that management upgraded us to A. C. Rooms with no additional cost. That made the stay comforting. Service levels were good for small items; but it would have been better if these small items had been reviewed by the hotel staff before check-in by the guests. It creates a much better impression to go into a properly cleaned up room with all facilities in place, rather than having to ask for them. The food quality at the hotel restaurant was its plus point. Well maintained, clean restaurant with an attractive menu and excellent service.

Bad service bad staff dirty room. Their was no tellphone in room. Bathroom was very dirty. Bedsheet had dirty smell. They don't give us nice polite service. Waste of time. Waste of money. OYO rooms are always best deal with beautiful rooms.

Good experience for stay, service is good, location is near by transportation and room is clean, my experience for stay at mahendra hotel is very good and if my plan for staying in future I like for next booking because service is good and near by main road.

Not satisfied, not worth the price we paid. Average room but the bathroom conditions was really pathetic. AC pipes they were all leaking into the a bathroom. Location is okay near the railway station

Room not cleaned properly and room furniture totally damage, a/c not properly working, and Bath room is very damage it was bad experience in this hotel room service is not good, very poor hotel very bad experience

Rooms not so good... Initially they offered a very average room to which I refused & was about to make cancellation then they offered a slightly better room. . But still had to argue for that. Will not prefer to stay again.
