room had cockroach. improper hotel room maintenance. The hotel staff was good , very near to railway station.

Food we have not tried, location is very convinient, facilities a bit lacking, like room service & the door did not lock properly. Overall average.

The hotel door lock is not upto date.Enveriment is very good.Fully safety hotel

I stay here 4 night. Every thing is well.but door lock is not too good and toilet call should be improved.

All over dust in the room, room was not lit properly very dim No water or glass in the room when I checked in they started putting the bed sheet pillow covers Tv is old type

Service in the hotel was not up to the mark washroom were untidy. Room service was not there no person was there to provide towels and soaps Me and my father had to go down to collect the towels from the reception. rooms are also un tidy , bed sheets were not changed

Bit clumsy place. Staff are not so friendly. Says upfront that if booked , they can't give good service. leaky washbasin, shower, and commode. Broken light's Attached are pictures and videos for proof.

Hotel tourist resort jalgaon is not good bathroom is not clean.

No proper management. Cocroches were in room and bathroom. No restaurant. Location wise very good but poor management.

The hotel is nearby to the railway station but there were a lot of cockroaches inside of the room and wc was also not clean don't waste your money by booking this hotel

Very good ambiance with echo friendly circumstances. It is a good experience to stay here with family even for a couple or single

The bed linens weren't clean, all stains and dirty spots no mosquito coil so it was a very horrible night, i couldn't sleep for a while i booked breakfast which had an increased rate of 150 rs more than the regular rate of tariff but provided a kachori and samosas from outside vendors. Over all the pathetic experience of this stay

Staff: Cooperative Location: 700m.walking distance from Jalgaon Station. Room: Dirty bedsheet and pillows with stains and yellow marks Bathroom: Dirty bathroom with dirty toilet seat and wash basin. No water geyser available inside bathroom. Have to ask separately for hot water. AC and TV: AC not available only fan is there, TV is available but with DTH connection and no wifi. Meal Availed: Spent 150 rs for meal and get one plate poha and tea in return😡

Bed sheet was in bad state when we arrived… had to change it…bathroom fitting are broken…bathroom in very bad state for cleanliness
