The hotel lacks basic amenities like Wi-Fi and a lift. Local transport is hard to find, and breakfast or tea is not provided. However, the staff is cooperative and supportive, which made the stay manageable.

Light AC had no facility since he went to the hotel that came to the hotel.

The hotel is poorly maintained..and needs maintenance and upkeep ...it is a make shift hotel in residence..we had to change room due to broken door and leaking basin. the owner was kind to accommodate in an alternate room.. All said..to be honest at this price..you may not expect much..but small changes can bring more value for customers.

The rooms are not really maintained properly. When i went into the room, the bedsheets and pillowcover was dirty. I asked them to change the sheets which was done swiftly without any issues but when the guy removed the pillow covers it was covered with fungus. So without pillow covers you are actually sleeping on fungus. The phone inside the room wasn’t working. Though the owner seemed nice but the room should be maintained and cleaned timely.

Rooms are clean. Value for money. No parking, have to park on the street. Location is OK, good for a short stay.

The hotel is quaint, the ambience is nice and is properly managed. The staff is very polite and helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking for a budget friendly yet classy stay in the city.

Asked to clean the room and didn't do it. The bathroom is not clean. Bed pillow room is not very clean. Not even a telephone

Nice rooms but map provide by mmt was on another location and actually property on other side so please provide proper location for convience of customer. Hotel is ok

Very poor service even not provided d irking water. And thy e don’t have blanket. Thy e are giving solapur chadar.

The place is not at all for family. Bed sheets were permanently soiled with patches, even the replacement ones the walls of the 2 rooms were full of leakages we had 3 rooms and one had defective and very bad dirty commode another room had water coming out on the floor of the room every time washbasin in the toilet was used. Overall terrible experience.

Hello team, the stay was a bad experience. We selected the hotel because of the location. The hotel manager and owner shared that room rent is approximately 800 because rooms are that kind of only. Make my trip charged me with 2200. Which is quite an experience compared to room quality. Please look into this. Try to make payment refunds.

The overall stay at hotel medanta inn was very pleasant. The hosts are welcoming and helpful. The location is good with all the important places nearby. All basic amenities are-available in the room and in good condition.

I reached very late but the hotel management was so good and supportive. Room was need and clean. I am very happy to again stay here
