I think this has been third visit. this time I suffered a lot. I was locked into the lift for the 7 to ten minutes. No immediate back up of the battery. I was knocking the lift door loudly as there is no intercom arrangement n I dont have hotel phone. I had become very panic as no attendant or manger himseff didn't arrive immediately to my relief. After long time the lift started might be by battery or power supply might be resumed. The wasrooms need periodical maintainance even the locks are not in the proper working condition. The taps are leaking. Insects are there. pest control is necessary. The food is average quality. Its not served in rooms on time. The staff boy is only one for the food service. Its load for him. Even the manager or his proxy are not available at the reception. Total mismanagement. I dont know why? This time the worst experience.

I had a disappointing experience during my stay. The rooms were not well-maintained, and the bathroom was in poor condition — there were no hangers to hang towels. Additionally, there was no water or water bottle provided in the room. I had opted for breakfast at 9:00 a.m., but it was not ready even at that time. Overall, the service and facilities need significant improvement

Property's food has always been good. I am a regular customer now in that hotel as I travel frequently to Jalgaon. The staff's behaviour is also friendly. The only thing which I have complained about a 100 times is that there is a problem of cockroach in the rooms which is not being taken care of. Rest all is good👍

The room was ok. Food was also good.The bathroom is very poorly cleaned and smelly.Staff response is not ok. They close down the restaurant from 3 pm to 6 pm with no service.

None of the deluxe room facility available, Washroom was terrible with poor hygiene without exost, handwash, privacy, congested, 6-9 hot water availability only, no room service atall. Lift closing at around 12, need to use stairs.

Bed sheet, Pillow and Towels quality very poor. Toilet fittings and toilet bucket mug and stool are not cleaned, toilet exhaust not available. For Family stay I would not prefer / refer this. Room entry door locks needs to be checked. Rate are high not justify. Rooms are cleaned, AC, TV working properly. Room service hmmm can’t rate.
