Shaving kit was requested but was not provided during my stay of four days. Breakfast was not made available at 8 AM An Di Date of checkout there was no any experience staff to prepare our invoice. Three people were struggling for their invoice. Last one hour counter manager was saying that breakfast is made available after 830 because the city is very slow.

It was nice stay , room is good , cleaning is good, morning breakfast was good so many options to eat , staff is good. Free car washing done by hotel staff. Only 2 concerns check out time early 10 am and bed mattress need to b change.

Bathroom was dreadfull I had a flat fall on my back while coming out of the cubicle as the tiles are slippery and no mats were there to prevent from slipping Fridge was terribly dirty,regret to open it. The hot water almost peeled off my skin Breakfast time is 8.00 but nothing was ready before 8.20 that too on pressurizing as we had to leave early

coupleProperty is well maintained. However, the management policies are horrible towards couples. We were asked for wedding card/marriage certificate which was very insulting. I don't understand the need for this ridiculous policy, having travel-led to multiple countries, never experienced this kind of policy especially when both adults are well over 30 years of age. Not recommended at all.
