Royal Palace misses all the Royalty

We had booked 2 classic suite rooms. Prior call had been made to inform the hotel about the check in time! When we reached the hotel, only 1 room was ready and thats where we argued with the reception staff that they should have kept both rooms ready since we had already informed. Secondly, the rooms alotted were on different floors so our family had to stay separate again which is not appreciated as when we are booking 2 rooms for family they should be adjoining since its a prior booking. Both classic suites which we assume to be same again were very different one was absolutely basic. Same category rooms should be alike right and thats why we book. Attitude of the front staff not at all courteous. Leakages in the passage aread and dirty water accumulated in the tubs. Breakfast time mentioned in mmt was 8am and when we asked they said its changed now and its 8:30 we had to leave without breakfast asked them if they can arrange anything since its a long travel for us they bluntly refused. Positives - Good food and quick service by the restaurant team.

Rooms are spacious, clean and mostly everything was functional. Staff is courteous and responsive. The breakfast was excellent and so was the food ordered for dinner.......However the service was very slow. Don’t know if it was due to any specific reason while we stayed or in general the service is slow..... Good place to stay. Conveniently located. Very courteous staff. Spacious and clean rooms. Mostly everything was funrional except the shower mixer. Excellent breakfast spread. Good quality food at the restaurant. The only issue we faced was terribly slow food service....

Shaving kit was requested but was not provided during my stay of four days. Breakfast was not made available at 8 AM An Di Date of checkout there was no any experience staff to prepare our invoice. Three people were struggling for their invoice. Last one hour counter manager was saying that breakfast is made available after 830 because the city is very slow.

Bathroom was dreadfull I had a flat fall on my back while coming out of the cubicle as the tiles are slippery and no mats were there to prevent from slipping Fridge was terribly dirty,regret to open it. coupleProperty is well maintained. However, the management policies are horrible towards couples. We were asked for wedding card/marriage certificate which was very insulting. I don't understand the need for this ridiculous policy, having travel-led to multiple countries, never experienced this kind of policy especially when both adults are well over 30 years of age. Not recommended at all.
