Rude staff, lack of cleanliness and hygiene, washroom was horrible, usebedsheets were there. AC was nkt working

Hotel is not 3 star , its a marriage hall they running its hotel in off season, AC not working, fan not working, AC water liking , there room is like a lodge, there reception staff is not polite, there food is like train breakfast, food plates are like full of yellow and old , you will feel like a closed auditorium feeling all over , there breakfast venue is in a beer bar where they run a beer bar in evening and in morning they serve breakfast there , we already informed that we need breakfast early in the morning at 7 oclock but they serve a cup of poha and onion at 8 oclock. Plz dont book this place it’s terrible and such a mess , no one cooperate with guest , find some other hotel , this hotel don’t deserve even 1 star , its cost is around but its like a 3rd class lodge off .

Service is not proper. They provided towel after 2 hours. They informed about denied to provide dental kit on next morning.

Floors were not cleaned, stained Beddings were there, Bathroom Exhaust Fan was not working, Hotel stay quality was not upto the mark. it was poor.

There was no third bed for three persons booking, staff asked to sleep on floor! Is this 3 star hotel?

The rooms are not maintained. The bathroom is very dirty, the shower is not working properly. AC was not working properly. The staff is very rude.

TV not working, door was not closing bed sheet were Messi and unclean. AC was getting switched off or tripped from reception. Unclean towels. The entire property was not maintained well.

I have booked a hotel for two days and the person on reception asked me that when you will going to check out I told him check date then he said that we have booked 22 rooms and you have to do your check out early before my actual check out what kind of service if I paid for two days it's my right to stay till the given time line . even if I asked for the extra bed charges it's 450 rs per person so the reception person told me the amount of 2000 rs how it's possible due to this behaviour I check out one day before and booked another hotel . in future will never book this hotel again

Very pathetic condition of rooms and washroom. The room smells very badly. The reception staff's behaviour is very rude. Even they are not able to carry bags and show room to customers.

Pathetic services which i face. No management they give used bedshit & all no facility in the hotel. Showroom was also int he bad condition. Very bad hospitality.

Bad/poor experience while entry in room, toilet jet not working, bedsheets/pillow cover not changed as its used having hairs on it, also found spiders and other pest in room every where. I request for room change, they change room but had same poor experience, telephone was not working for any service. Overall very bad experience, not worth to invest your money for stay. Please avoided this property.

My stay is cancel-led but this hotel not refund my money and not cooperate me for refunding half money

This is worst experience i had ever staying in hotel, rooms are not clean. Towels and bed sheets are used and not clean. You will not get the service by calling reception or room service. They never picks the call.

Hotel was in under-construction status. Unhygienic, rooms were not in good condition to stay. Tv and ac is not working. There were sheets in a corridoor and rooms were not cleaned after asking hotel staff to clean they said housekeeping would come tomorrow. There were earthworms in bathrooms, flush was not working. It was a worst stay

My experience was bad about hotel. It is not upto expections. No hott water available.

When i going 1 st time enter tha room then i’m showing everywhere see cockroach and smell like gatar like then i’m say this problem then change room but 2nd room washroom is to much smelling before room door lock is not proper and all room and bedsheet is w eating
