Never recommend to anyone to stay in this hotel. Hotel staff fools people. Very very poor service & these are absolutely dirty rooms. They do not even provide a gst bill.

They took too much time to check me in. It was like they were not happy to receive a guest. I did not get the room that I booked. Though it was of higher category, but it was not up to the expectation. Bathroom was not properly clean. There were lot of water seepage marks on the walls. Towel was not properly cleaned.

Rooms were occupied by cockroaches and even after repeatedly asking staff, no one came and even not changed the room. Horrible experience would not recommend to anyone to stay in this hotel unless and until they are doing proper pest control and renovating the rooms. Waste of Money.

Hotel is all fine but the staff was the horrible owner is well and good but there was a theft from the cleaning staff the stole money from my bag which was kept in the room while I had gone to have my lunch.

soloReached at 4 in the early morning though it was booked a day before attitude was horrible immediately before check in told you have to leave 10 am kept Adhara identity and told morning it will be give very lousy rooms not clean they have no interest for guest as it's in station premises may be demanding for budgeted travelers for fresh and up ext day morning check out done but I had to return back after 1 hr to take the Adhara which they had kept like waste papers are kept and not bothered to return on check out.
