Hotel Sushanti Palace

1. There is no parking space even for a bike. 2. The rooms are tiny ( you can't say small ; it will be exaggeration. 3. Very badly maintained. They don't even clean rooms until you checkout. 4. No hot water for bath. 5. No room service. They don't even serve tea or coffee. 6. I wouldn't come back to this hotel in future. Here are the images. I felt as if i lived in a pigeonhole. Unfortunately i had paid in advance and there was no refund possible hence i had to put up with this.

His ask me for extra money and said to me cancel my booking.

Fan issue, water issue, no blanket, not hygienic, too much mosketoes, no towel, no hot water, windows glass broken bad not recommend

The hotel is very bad, no cleanness and sanitization is not available, room is very dirty

I though of saving some money by booking non ac room. But this turned out to be a disaster for me. In the last moment my mother who is 72 years old she also want to travel with me, so i called them and they said it will be chargeable, i agreed. I came inside the reception, it was looking like a small lodge, not a hotel. Anyways i paid extra money for my mother, then they showed me the room, i was not satisfied at all. Still i went ahead with it. My mother has as to go upstairs on 2nd floor. As room no 203 was provided. We went inside the room, my mother looked at me and said no, we-cannot stay h were. Within 15 min. I was also not comfortable there so we checked out from there. Not good for females who are traveling alone.

Hotel was pathetic, no adequate staff, only one stop was attending who used to seat at ground floor and there is no lift neither there is any system to connect reception, not at all hygienic, no clean bed sheets, washroom not at all clean, waste i ever had.

Stay was good and experience good to moderate facilities.

No room service at this cost. Room quality is poor.

Hotel don't have proper washroom, bed sheet, mattresses, lights, water, no clean towel.

My experience is horrible. No door lock, no TV, no table and chair, the bathroom is full of dirt and insects, no flush, and no room service. In short there is no basic amenities.

Short in size unclean, older rooms but affordable.

Dirty rooms, bedding, blanket dirty not clean, don't choose this hotel for stay.

Good better services and very nice.
