Review Of Hotel Menaka

As I entered the reception was asking for payment proof even after watching my name on there end. As MMT itself booked my hotel as compensation for previous technical issue, checking in was expected smoother. The guy from MMT booked from my permission after claiming that he have confirmed with the hotel staff/manager that it is really better. TBH it wasn't, MMT guy said he booked for delux room and will be more nicer, fact is there was no hot water supply, no proper room service, drinking water was not easily available. For food we did zomato. As we checked in i asked for some extention period since our exam will be till 4pm the reception guy told you won't need that as we have 24hrs cycle, but on next day the same guy told it will be 300hr rs/hr. I was shocked, & felt intolerable so checked out till 12pm. Also on next day AC was off around 9am & didn't work asked the staff said its working try again but didn't checked from there side.

Very nice location.street food available near. Only one negative moskitoz. Near railway station and buss stand

pathetic and unimaginably dirty. Enter it only if you want to save some bucks. Worst ever experience.

Room not cleaned. No towels, soap or any basic things. Hair everywhere. Smells bad. Ever worst stay.

Bedsheets, ac and room also not much clear

So many mosquitos are there and no blankets bed is very dirty bed sheet also money minded owner

All staff should be equipped with etiquette of behaving with customers, worst management, worst communication, worst food, asking extra money, worst ever

Yeah it's good and available at reasonable price.

It was a wonderful experience for us in that hotel.

Room is average but accommodation is not good and service is not good 250 rupees extra charged if order food.

The hotel is located in the centre of the city with the railway station around 1km and bus stand also 1. 1 km easy to locate and travel around

Lacking of some hospitality services offered

Hotel is having very old infra Rooms , beds and blankets are not cleaned . AC is not running properly and no cooling at all . Waste of money. Recommend people to not to book this hotel. Many other good hotels are available 🙏

It was a nice stay. Management was good and always helping with smiling faces.

Hotel room is normal, Room service poor and hot water not provided at the time of check in and early morning provided hot water overall rating normal 😀
