As I entered the reception was asking for payment proof even after watching my name on there end. As MMT itself booked my hotel as compensation for previous technical issue, checking in was expected smoother. The guy from MMT booked from my permission after claiming that he have confirmed with the hotel staff/manager that it is really better. TBH it wasn't, MMT guy said he booked for delux room and will be more nicer, fact is there was no hot water supply, no proper room service, drinking water was not easily available. For food we did zomato. As we checked in i asked for some extention period since our exam will be till 4pm the reception guy told you won't need that as we have 24hrs cycle, but on next day the same guy told it will be 300hr rs/hr. I was shocked, & felt intolerable so checked out till 12pm. Also on next day AC was off around 9am & didn't work asked the staff said its working try again but didn't checked from there side.
