what was promised by "my" was not delivered. room shown was not given. no Kitchen no refrigerator. utensils not provided. breakfast charged but not served. no one was there at the front desk when we reached the property. had to shuttle between 2 properties. staff was extremely lost and did not have details of our booking. The only Silver lining was the property manager allowing my car be parked for an extra day. The way things stand - will never use this app again.

Flat is maintained very well. Happy with the way the parking is arranged. Staff are very humble and cordial. All in all, our stay is great experience in the property.

Toilet jet (health faucet) was not working properly. The blankets were not clean. There were spider webs in the corners. Bathroom not properly clean. No staff was available both during check-in and check-out. They took 10 mins to come to the reception for check-in. No staff came at all for check-out. Overall, average room with major scope for improvement in hospitality and services. Stay was comfortable nonetheless.
