The only and only good thing about this is the location near the mahakaleshwar temple. I booked for my 2 nights stay for mahakal darshan visit. The reviews of this hotel is really bad on all the other booking. Okay before making the total payment i called the property and shared my concern about cleanliness and the property ensured that there will not be any issues but upon arrival i saw that ants were roaming all over the room. Bedsheets, blankets, and pillows were all very dirty. Went to reception and shared my concern, they put a clean looking cover (that have a couple of stains too) on the blanket but did not change the bedsheet and pillows and mop the room with just water. If i haven’t paid it all advance i would have refused to pay or move out immediately. Bathroom was filthy, shower taps were broken. A broken bucket and dirty mug was provided in replacement for that. Glass of the window was broken and cold air/dust and road noise were all coming in. Ac was there but no remote to operate, and yes, there was a phone in the room for intercom but it is for the reception to connect you when they want, then they unplug it. The staff is starting the female guests like they have never seen before any ladies. This is the deluxe double bed room condition, charged - per day. The property was dirty, spitting of pan and gutkha was all over in the corridor, no cleaning at all. The hotel gave me a room on the third floor and there is no lift, no staff to help you. You have to carry your luggage using a narrow twisted staircase. This doesn’t deserve to be such a high price. I think since the hotel get all the money in advance they don’t care later on about anything.
