i recently had the pleasure of staying at hotel lucky inn in abu road, and it was a truly amazing experience. from the moment we arrived, the hospitality was evident. the owner and staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and attended to every detail with care and professionalism. their warmth and attentiveness added a personal touch to our stay. the rooms were simply perfect-well-maintained, and clean. it was clear that great effort is put into ensuring that guests enjoy a comfortable and hygienic environment. one of the highlights of our stay was the food. it was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to cater to every palate. the fact that they offered free refills (we tried the thali) was a generous and appreciated touch that enhanced the dining experience. each meal was a treat, making us look forward to every bite. overall, hotel lucky inn is a gem in abu road, combining excellent facilities, fantastic food, and unmatched hospitality. i highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area—whether for leisure or business. we left with wonderful memories and a strong desire to return!

Very clean and maintained rooms. Services also good with nominal price. Staff behavior's and support is also satisfied.

The hotel manager forgot about my reservation and was asking to settle for a different room which was not comfortable for us. Later he did give us the room we wanted but that took a lot of argument.

Rooms were good and cleaned but bathroom was not cleaned, after we checked in around 12. 00 pm they told us that clener will arrive at 1 pm for bathroom cleaning but we couldn't afford to waste time. Also they gave us only one towel per room that was disgusting

It was a good hotel with co operative staff and the location was also good

No hot water for bathing, no towel for guests, no soap case, no doormat no lift
