Review Of Hotel Lotus Villa

I had a very bad experience booking with make my trip. The hotel owner allotted me a different room as well as they didn't give us morning tea or breakfast which was included. With my package

Room is really pathetic and completely messed up. It doesn’t even worth to be rated as 1

The manager who seats there is talking with us very bad attitude. I book a room with breakfast but till time 9 am they not providing me a breakfast and also not checking i book a room with breakfast. In advance i am informed that at 9 am i have to checkout pols provide me breakfast. Pols arrange to return my difference between simple room to breakfast added room.

hotel rooms are not clean and bathroom not clean.. please don't book rooms with breakfast in this hotel because they not provided and brekfast and not have facility to provide breakfast...

Booked room for 1+2, when we got the surprised to know size of room is sufficient only to accommodate only two members, and there is no space to accommodate third person, and spoke to hotel reception and mmt, response also not good, it was really horrible experience, and also hotel has not given room when tried to check in at 4 pm, and inf-act they are running unauthorised business in rooms. Strongly recommend not to go for. This hotel, and highly disappointed with make my trip also for such a poor response and toeing up such horrible hotels.
