Poor Stay

Room was good but hotel staff has harrased my parents , who were staying by accusing them that they had misplaced a towel. After that my parents asked them to confirm by checking their luggage but they didn't did that instead they make my parents stand their and harrased.This is kind of behavior is very disappointing. Accusing anyone without any proof is a very poor thing.May be their own housekeeping staff has misplaced it somehow and they are accusing the guest and doing harassment.
