Review Of Hotel Kunwer Palace

Stay was very good and the location of the hotel is prime. Staff behaviour also fine and quick service provided

Its a good place for solo... staff is good.. rooms and basic facilities are there.. i stay i non ac room but even though the room is cool.

It was a quite good experience and I enjoyed my stay there. I would love to visit again

I was charged extra for an early check in, Can feel the heat in the room which was not at all comfortable, The staff was very good and well behaved. Room service was excellent. Mentioned that couples are allowed but at the time of check in said couples are not allowed. Which was not a good experience.

Hotel employee asked for money for the early check in and I checked out the room on the same date in the afternoon. The room is a dirty wooden window broken and all small particles are spread on the floor I have to request to clean them then clean it. Clearing treating unprofessional because I booked a non ac room. All the cleaning and room service employees are good but the reception employee is egoistic.

Its a great hotel for stay, good and very cooperative staff, i am giving 5/5 star.

Our stay at the kunwar palace was quite moderate but still fulfilling at best. There were some hair strands in the bathtub and a he bed but over all it was good considering all the other amenities provided.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel.

Pros- 1-near to city, market and even connected to nh. 2-polite staff 3-ease of payment options, like card, upi, etc. 4- food is also good and wait time for food is also very less. 5-rooms/hotel are very neat and clean. Cons- 1-no geyser in the rooms, you need to call and they will arrange in bucket. 2-lift was on and off very frequent (it's only single floor not a big issue) 3-no play area for kids.
