The experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Being located in UP, I wasn’t expecting luxury, but the conditions here are far below even basic standards. The rooms smelled unpleasant, the bathrooms were unclean, and there were spider webs in the bedroom. Guests booking through OTAs are usually allotted rooms on the 3rd floor, which are in especially poor condition.
The hotel is clearly understaffed—the few employees are overburdened with multiple tasks, leading to constant delays. Hygiene and basic amenities are completely neglected, and the owner seems to have no concern for maintaining the property. The bedsheets were stained, giving the impression that the rooms are mostly used for short, day-use stays by unmarried couples rather than for genuine hospitality.
To make matters worse, there is no proper verification or accountability for online bookings. If you book and pay in advance, you risk being stuck in a situation where refunds are impossible.
Overall, this hotel is not worth the money or the trouble. I would strongly advise against booking online or making prepaid reservations here.
