* While the location of the hotel was convenient, the room condition was not satisfactory.
* Upon check-in, the table in the room was dirty, and I had to request housekeeping to clean it.
* The window AC was in poor condition, its front grill was broken, and it made a lot of noise while running.
* The food served was acceptable, but I was not provided with a complimentary water bottle during my stay.
* Additionally, a hot water kettle was not available in the room, which caused inconvenience.
