Poor Stay
No proper planned service for customer satisfaction. No place for car parking and advised to keep car on the road. No kettle, face towels & slippers in the room as mentioned on the booking room amenities. Housekeeping has to be advised to replace towels, toiletries, dustbins in the room. Face towels not available. Airconditioner does not have temperature control or remote. It looks like we have been provided lower level rooms and not with services as mentioned on make my trip portal.

Hotel person behaviour who was in morning shift was totally ridiculous while check in. I suggest K3 CLUB RESIDENCY & LEMONTREE in place of Shrinath palace. I frequently visits on official trip but will never stay in this property agains

* While the location of the hotel was convenient, the room condition was not satisfactory. * Upon check-in, the table in the room was dirty, and I had to request housekeeping to clean it. * The window AC was in poor condition, its front grill was broken, and it made a lot of noise while running. * The food served was acceptable, but I was not provided with a complimentary water bottle during my stay. * Additionally, a hot water kettle was not available in the room, which caused inconvenience.

no one is there to listen phone in room no. 104 not working AC temperature is set on 22 in all the rooms no ac remote is provided. hot water when asked for bath got water in a jug in food with 3 paratha they served one katori dahi. asked for kid food no chilly in poha but poha came with green chilli. in all very poor management and very poor condition of the hotel think twice before staying here 1. Rooms are not up to the mark.

Some issues are in this hotel 1. The hotel is under renovation so it doesn't look good 2. Dining hall is closed due to renovation 3. Outside food is not allowed and hotel food is very costly like tawa roti without ****er is rs. 35- 4. gives a room with discount so hotel saying how to give a room in cheap price. 5. Ac remote not in room and controlled by the hotel. Whole night on and off and noisy so disturbed relaxation full night and irritating. Outside food is not allowed
