HOTEL BUNDELKHAND PRIDE

Pathetic condition of the hotel booked for 4 night but stayed for 6 hrs. rooms were so small like a pigeon nest. lift not working washroom was dirty. barely manage to stay there and moved to another hotel. since booking was non refundable lost but the hotel condition was so pathetic I prefer take the loss and move to another and better hotel.

Worst experience, i booked an executive room but in the room no table for office work appliances was not working, not even provide a daily water bottle, no internet, in breakfast only 2 items on daily bais, local lodge was even better this hotel don't book, and if you are coming to jhansi i would suggest jhansi hotel at this rate.

I booked hotel by confirm booking but when i reach hotel, they told me that hotel is sold out. Then mmt give me other hotel which was 5 km away from this hotel. Time was approx 11. 45 in night

It's an okay hotel. The staff is fine. However, i booked a deluxe room and was instead offered a standard one. This was disappointing.

Stay Is OK having problem in getting gst invoice at check out time if I'm booking stay from mybizz they denied to give same

Last moment got update that rooms are sold out neither any update from hotel nor mm t was given prior when i was on the way then i called and came to know

Pathetic experience. Highly unprofessional and untrained staff. This hotel is only for marriage guests. Food is worst in entire bareilly. Better avoid it. My story is i took a halt in this hotel on the way to jabalpur. Just wanted a sound sleep but to my agony i didn't get a bit of it. Till 1 am there was extreme party noise and till 4 am there staff was cleaning the entire floor. They were shouting, shifting things and created a huge mess. After complaining multiple times they finally stopped at 4.

Property location is good and food is delicious good stay. Room size is small and clean value for money

Location food cleanliness is worth the money, it's quite near to elite chowk and having multiple options of food and commute nearby

The hotel is located close to the station and main markets. It is easy to find transport from the location. The food quality is below average at best. The service is horrible. There is no proper room service nor hot water available, even upon multiple requests.

I had very good stay at the hotel. Location is good, food is also good. Staff is very polite.

It's very pathetic service in hotel. Untrained and illiterate staff. Even intercom are not work. Room service was not listened. Issue at billing counter as well

Very arrogant staff at reception, bill was not given as per the amount paid to mm t. Bill was given after deduction of all margins shared with mm t. Non corporative staff.

Very dirty and spotted bed sheets and blanket provided. Also torn-ed. When reported for same they don't even bother for that. Kettle was very dirty and also having corroded inside. In morning tea was provided with open kettle

It was nice, jut the geezer was not working

Property is ok but again hotel industry always demand service which is missing very much, most importantly behavior of the staff
