Lack of cleaning, staff and other necessary day today things. Rude behaviour of staff to their customers. Property easy to find

Hotel Tulsi Reception was very easy and simple , check-in was fast and hassle free stay was comfortable

is good location and service is good staff veheviear is very soft near by railway station on the road

Needs cleaness of door handles, doors,washroom taps,bathroom bucket,and in room,restaurant is good .Located in prime location near to railway station.

Water bottles not provided (it was charged, towel was not clean, water from tap of sink was uneven, tv was not working. I did not capture any images

No clean room, no proper welcome, room service is very poor, washroom is very dirty. Complimentary breakfast not provided as per need

Worst experience, ac was not working properly, washroom was not clean, even room service was so bad. Totally money waste

But had a poor experience. 1. The room are not properly maintained. Stains on the walls, bedsheet and pillow cover. The towels were blackish. 2. The bathroom was smelly. 3. The door was very tight to open. 4. The food was okay. Better to be expected cost-wise. 5. The phone in the room wasn't working. After the complaint, they replaced it, but the replacement had a different issue (speaker not working)

Entrance of hotel is nice but room and washroom feels short of space, based on price it little bit expensive. Old interior and new exterior.

The hotel is under renovation. And still looks shady. The owner is rude. Location is only advantage. Still i will suggest not to go for this property ever.

One of the worst hotels i have ever stayed in through makemytrip. Please do verify the fact before posting the property on your app. No hot water, uncleared toilet seat, dirty wash basin, ants are around bathroom. Everything had to be asked for like towel, water, etc staff behaviour is irresponsible and non responsive. I am a senior citizen believe and depend on service provider like makemytrip. If you also feel let the customer suffer “we are getting our share” in advance then god bless you for your business ethics. Some renovation work is going on in the hotel. There is no space to enter into it, workers were least bothered about the customer and were making fun of us. You claim and talk about cancellation of booking in this case there is no refund in case of cancellation. We had no option but to suffer and stay.

Hotel was under renovation. Bathroom was leak and choked. Room was not changed for 1 day. Cleanliness was poor and few staff members were uncooperative. However, owner and some restorent staff was seen to have nice cooperative approach

No cooperation of staff no cleaning lot of noise zero rating as much they charge they don’t provide service according to that. Even in 2 days i did not get towel

Very shocking, you showing on your website very beautiful photos, but reality is completely different, very bad in condition, lot of insects every where in room also, room smelling badly, cleaning complete y worst, bedding having spots of something else. I have captured all the photos, please advise me how share. We checked in just now 30 minutes before around 10 pm, in this late hours we could not able to explore other hotel.

It's not a 3 star hotel. 2 star category only. Bathroom is very poor quality. Left the hotel already no images has been taken

Pane-er rajwadi best and pane-er lababdar is poor and restorent services is terrible, dal tadka is good, washroom is very bad both room
