The lift was not working,and hot water geezer not working,

Had the worst experience in this hotel. The bed in the provided room wasn't clean at all, the restroom was in the same condition as the bedroom and the service wasn't satisfactory. Totally ruined my journey to Jhansi. It feels like the reviews are bad and are purchased to make their "clean and safe" hotel gain popularity and get more customers at their horrible hotel. This is completely horrendous that the pictures of the hotel that are uploaded on the website show the complete opposite of their real, unpleasantest hotel, hiding their true color and deceiving others. I'm also one of the victim to their scheme that left me speechless.

Lift not working, AC not working. I have to call the staff multiple times, still there was no resolution.

rooms on app are totally different from actual rooms, basins were jammed, told to reception but no one cares about complaint.

No frills hotel with zero amenities. They also provide breakfast as per local Jhansi customs starting at 8.30 am.

The rooms are not comfortable, bathrooms are not good, at the false sealing lot of noice, lot of traffic sounds through out night, there is some community halls making sounds entire night in the basement. It's worst stay. It's bad location. I do-not have any immages

old furniture, no complimentary hotel, it is connected with bar and restaurant, always some sort of sound coming from false sealing , may be rats, and always get disturbed in the nights due to out side Vehicular moment.Bathrooms are not clean. it's my worst experiences in this hotel. Seems it belongs to some particular community having some party in basements so lot of disturbences during nights.

Service was very poor. Food quality also very poor. Hotel is charging par more than what are they are offering. Not enough service staff to cater the guest they are staying

Very worst Service no Compliment water provided by Hotel And unethical Practices in hotel Tourism when we are book th meal plan with Suite room then why hotel management demanding Whole amount of the Dinner Dinner is also worst as they given service

Hotel location is very good. Hotel stuffs are very good behavior & cool/calm & polite. Hotel amenities are not up to mark - like - problem in geyser / hot water not available in the morning lift - not working properly. (when we are staying at this hotel - last two days it was not worked properly / at the check out time we were used normal stayers also. Food is very good & room service is also nice.

Everything was good, the hotel was good, easy check-in. If rooms are available then early check-in is also possible. For this, you will have to visit the reception once.

Room sahi hai but food ki plates sahi nhi hai auro food bhi tasty nhi hai, staff thik hai but waiter order time se nhi laate.

Location was good but facility of hotel was not up to the mark. Like cup plates whatever they were using was not good. Here also the hidden thing is about dinner they provide thali system. While booking it's not clear mentioned the hotel will provide thali on demand.
