Love to stay here.... all staff members are so helpful .. nice service... owner is super kind and friendly. Thank you for supporting us specially with my kids and they treat them well

Excellent Stay
The first point to note is the excellent service. We arrived at midnight (well past our check-in. Everything was so well arranged & hassle-free. The rooms though small and compact. Are neat and adequately maintained.

Rate is too high but service is so poor and small rooms, not suggesting for stay sorry mmt.

Not good
Rooms and bath rooms were smelly. Location is ok. No other services availed. No in-house restraunt here.

Moderately over priced for the room conditions and hygiene offered
Location: it took a while to reach the hotel with google maps due to it's peculiar location. Staff: the numbers are not updated on mm t data base and it took a long time to get connected to hotel staff. The staff response was below average for any and every request/ requirement. Amenities: the hotel has lift for aged/needy people. Parking: hotel has dedicated open parking space and it is 60-70 metres away from hotel. However it has decent space for offloading and loading of luggage from car at reception. Hygiene: hotel room walls need seepage treatment. It took time to get away with stinky smell of room. The linen were not clean and has to be asked from staff to change them. Food: though they offer food, did not try as better food options available at walking distance. Ambience: ok ok ambience for family. Safety: did not feel any safety issues during our stay. Also sufficient cctv coverage.

Not a good one
Before a you book this one please go to the room and check it either its clean or not and the condition of your room the bathroom is ok but room condition is very bad my experience with kuber hotel is not good

Very bad service
No one manager handle service at all towel and all other accessories are very bad we call them many time but no one reply it's very bad experience for us

Average service
We got shock in exaust fan switch. Supervisor did not pay heed to our complaint. Think twice before booking. Hotel fair was higher compared to service provided.

Poor Stay
I can't provide extra bed for 3rd person as i booked it for 3 person. I saw in image there is 1 bed is kind bed and 2nd bed for single but we get only matters nit bed. I feel very wrong

The staff was very lazy and did not even bother changing the covers and blankets. Service was very slow and needed calling every 5 minutes. Needed a lot more attention which the entire staff lacked. Not going to this hotel again. No

Stay at hotel kuber isnt good
Pros: queen size bed and room size is okay. Cons: no hot water through out the day. Hot water is available from morning 5 to 10am. Its a piligrimage and its better to have continuous hot watwr supply. The washroom provided is too small in ac deluxe room. Wash room isnt cleaned properly. Water is washroom is too satly and bad.
