Good location, good facilities, near to temple

room does not provide early check in while we request only one room to give when we all are fresh and go to immediate beyt Dwarka and after that you checked my language which is suitable. but he demanded 500 to give the room. M getting late all this process.

Very nice room Clean room and wash room Service is also very good

Overall it's okay stay, but not impressed by the service. although we checked in in midnight, rooms were not ready. Had to follow up multiple times for AC, phone, mats, towels, bathroom utensils, etc. Bed was comfy, hence the average rating.

Terrible stay. Not for family. Shaddy Hotel. There were noise and nuisances whole night. We have complained to front desk and they knew what was going on

One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. First, they didn’t give me the room I had booked — instead, I was given a different one without any explanation. The room was full of spiders, and when I requested a change, the staff refused to cooperate. I even asked for a bill for a water bottle, and they didn’t provide that either. The staff was extremely rude and responded to everything with a bad attitude. Overall, a terrible experience. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

Hotel is in prime location and well-maintained Staff very courteous and professional Food was also good and varied Arrangement for transfers and puja can make it attractive

they do not provide tea, breakfast really so sad they even not provide raw material for tea only cattle is kept in the room😔

Best and newly renovated room are there . Cooperative staff and best part is the restaurant is just below the hotel and near to dwarika temple

Cleanness is good. But bit noisy at night (i don't know the reason. Room service is not good but staff care you and listen you politaly. Location is very good. Overall good stay and happy, if not happiest.

I had booked a deluxe room but they provide a other room, i already mentioned when i booked we are 3 members but they don't provide us bed for 3 people

Stay was good here. Since, i arrived early i had to wait to check in until their check-in time. That was a bad thing.

This hotel is located with walking distance to the Dwarkadhish temple, Rooms are nice and comfortable, Staff also friendly. Good time to spend over there, and 5 Min drive for Gomti Ghat. 10 min drive for Bhatkeswar Mahadev and sunset point, all sight seeings we can cover in less time.

This hotel is located with walking distance to the Dwarkadhish temple. Rooms are fairly good and so is the location. We were getting a good deal from 3 rooms and nights package. The receptionist was good and courteous and accepted our request for early check-in. Good stay overall.

Every thing was nice and worth it, rooms are nice and comfortable. All in all every thing is fine.

The location is ideal for temple visit. King Studio room is spacious, and the top floor one has a sea view. The staff resolved all the queries in a jiffy. The only disappointing part was the breakfast. It seriously needs to be upgraded.

Bad experience no hot water in bathroom, food very bad experience, staff cordial, no parking facilities, hotel as shown in website founded totally different, wastage of money staying in this hotel, no single good point.
