Receptionist was so rude they have no communication skill charges was so high No clean bed sheet pillows and pillow cover .

overall good experience. staff is cooperative . best part is walking distance from temple and basement parking. don't expect 3 star facilities here. room are average. no resturant so don't book food here. for extra bed they provide on floor mattress

Room was adequate. 4 stars. Bathroom was good, big, clean, running hot and cold water. 5 stars. Staff very polite and courteous. 5 stars. Parking is underground. Findung the place was a bit difficult but upon calling the hotel they provided guidance. There is no on site restaurant but there are quite a few within two minutes of walking distance. Temple is five minutes of walk. The description on the internet is somewhat misleading. There is no laundry facility. I chose a room with higherprice ti include the breakfast, but THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST. Don't fall for it. If you choose that option they will bring breakfast to your room. Stay was comfortable and convenient but because of the misleading information (not giving breakfast when you paid for it), I am lowering the rating to 3 stars.

service is good. hotel staff are very cooperative. rooms are nice and clean. No food options but we can order on zomato. property location is very near to the temple.

There were no staff support.. Complimentary hi Tea is the tea bags kept in the room.. it was 2 day stay without any security.. towels and linen were dirty.. Pathetic experience.. no drinking water facility, restaurant was not working till 8 in the morning...

overall experience is good. clean room including bathroom. only one point from my side need to take care that sharp corners need to hide like teble corners and cupboard corner from safety point of view.

Great location, but since it’s very close to temple, taking a car there is an issue. But it’s walkable from temple- barely 5 mins. And one disadvantage it doesn’t have food

location is such that it very difficult to reach by car . there is no food facility. The most pathetic condition of washroom doesn't allow to recommend it for future stay .

I had a very good experience staying at Hotel Lord Krishna during my visit to Dwarka. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the Dwarkadhish Temple, which made it very convenient for darshan. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and came with all basic amenities like air-conditioning, a clean bathroom, and even a tea/coffee maker. The staff was polite and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. I also appreciated the availability of free parking and Wi-Fi. The overall ambiance was peaceful, and the hotel had a nice garden and terrace area to relax. Highly recommended for families and pilgrims looking for a neat and comfortable place close to the temple.

when I reached the hotel,the hotel owner told me that you have booked a cheapest room ,and gave me another room,which was totally different with the booked one.He provide me the invoice amount i plance ..Very rude behaviour.

The location is good. Facilities are not so good. Especially washrooms. Service is also not good.
