Review Of Hotel Karna Residency

The hospitality was very good. staff was quick to respond to any needs. The amenities may not give you a 5 star feel but for people wanting to just stay the night, it should be OK.

The staffs are well manner, property is well maintained and clean. Me and my family enjoyed the stay. Room service and foods are very good .

Room Quality very poor. Charging for break fast but no breakfast is there. Even they didn't give me the bill

I got room near reception and ground floor and lots of sound was coming. No soap was provided for bath. also I was booked free breakfast assuming I will get multiple option but I got only pav bhaji which is non liked dish.

Veg food was ok. They serve veg and non veg. Why non veg is required at such a holy place ? Rooms were average. We checked in late. We had booked 2 rooms. We found that they had given one room to somebody. When we reached they hurriedly made the room and checked us in after 15 - 20 mins. Cupboard in one of the rooms was locked. They refused to open it. We also observed that somebody (most probably staff) was trying to record on mobile through gaps in window panes of washroom. We immediately noticed that and the person ran away. We kept the window panes closed. Hope they will do something about this.

I have booked the hotel room on the basis of good reviews shared by other people. But practically, room was not up to the mark. Blankets and towels were so dirty that we have to asked for replacement. Washrooms was just Ok. Food taste was Ok too. Not at all recommended for Family stay.

The location is ideal for someone who is doing the ashtavinayak tour. Room were quite neat and clean. Service was good. Food was tasty, but a little spicy (at least for our palate. Owner / host was very warm and helpful through out the stay.

Staff is good. Cleanliness was average. Breakfast was good but very limited. Hotel is in front of national highway, you here lots of trucks honking throughout a night. Won’t be able to sleep well.

Location and ambience good, food excellent mr bhaskar shetty, mr. Yogesh pujari and mr. Sagar shetty were very helpful and supportive. They and all the supporting staff provided excellent service. Only thing is the room rent was on the higher side.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff is polite and helpful. Location suitable for work near ranjangaon midc. Loved the simple and tasty breakfast. Would be great if there was kettle and tea/coffee optio in rooms.

A very descent ptoperty at ranjan goan. Thw owner mr shetty and his son really takes care of the guest. I had mistaken forgotten my apple air-pods the same was couriered back to me at my residence by the owners within no time. Service at its very best. Very basic facilities, you had to ask for even the smallest of things. It's more of a lodge, not a proper hotel
