Review Of Hotel JK Palace

The room was terrible, dirty and not at all clean even the bedsheets piloow cover were all dirty

The rooms were small , bathroom were dirty. Blankets were smelly , very unhygienic. Dust was all over .

unhygienic dirty and poor service at hotel. booked rooms are not cleaned at check in ,uncleaned and dirty bathrooms,bedsheets.even staff not properly listening.number of times requested for change the dirty bedsheets but they donot change.very pathetic service.rooms alloted in very poor condition and not at per the rates charges for rooms.it is not hotel ,it's a lodge where the charge heavily.

Firstly the reception had no information about our booking. They took 15-20 mins to confirm that and get the room ready. The room had mosquitoes and bathroom was not clean. Overall it was an average experience staying here.
