Hotel Om Shiva

Hotel is very near to temple but water and Maintenance is not up to the mark. need to improve also hot water they will only release morning 6 to 10 am which is an issue for those who came after the time.

Hospitality very poor. Misbehaviour of Hotel Staff. not suppoeted use very poor language with their guests.

Mentioned below issues we have suffered during our stay 1. Very strange to see No water provided for drinking - i have paid 80rs for water bottle 2. ⁠No person was available for room service only single person in hotel sitting on reception. 3. ⁠Car not reachable at hotel so a lot of time waste to reach. 4. ⁠No blanket or bed sheet provided - 2-3 times requested. 5. ⁠TV was not available. 6. ⁠AC remote was not available. 7. ⁠No storage like cupbaord or drawer. 8. ⁠Washroom tiles was in broken condition. 9. ⁠All window & led panel was dusty. 10. ⁠No exhaust fan or geyser was available. First time i have seen poor services.

Room is cleanly maintained. But they didn't provided hot water. Lift provision is not there.

Evening is good but as mentioned in the mmt there is no hot water and tv in the room otherwise staff and maintenance team all are very polite the service is good

The property is near Narmada Ghat. The condition of the way to the hotel from the main road is very congested. The size of the room is practically good but the overall condition is poor. Above all the condition of the toilet is very bad with ugly smell.

No Tv ,No Phone and there is no cleanliness in the room.Its a matter of MMT reputation.I advise to delist immediately.

Hotel room was good and services was good but room was not ready when reached

it's located in near mamleshwar mandir & omkareshwar mandir...in just 2min walk you find juice and some other things....and staff behaviour is polite .

Stay was good,, room also good but we preferred 1st floor room but hotel not given us. He provide only top floor.. Lift not yet so we are suffered

the location is best , just 1-2 min walk and you can have food , juice etc . 3-4 min walk and you will reach Omkareshwar and 2 min walk you can reach mamleshwar.

Owner and staffs were helpful. They gave a room with non working AC, on bringing it in notice, they changed the room with working AC, but no TV. I felt bored in room, location was conjusted, my cab couldnt go to the door. Its near to temple.

My recent stay at om shiva was a deeply disappointing experience. The manager's behavior was unprofessional and rude, insisting we park elsewhere due to a police check without providing a suitable alternative. This lack of assistance, especially when dealing with luggage, was incredibly inconvenient. The hotel parking is approximately 100 meters away and we had to carry our bags by ourselves. The room conditions were far below acceptable standards. The absence of basic amenities like hot water, drinking water, and handwash was inexcusable. The worn-out towels and the unsanitary state of the room, with visible paan stains, were truly appalling. The non-functional wi-fi further compounded the discomfort. While the reception staff was courteous, the overall experience was marred by the management's indifference and the hotel's subpar facilities. I strongly advise future guests to reconsider their choice and seek accommodations that prioritize guest comfort and satisfaction.
