Hotel Trinetra

lot of construction noise till 22.00 hrs. after that throughout the night there was lot of noise. could not sleep. was allotted room on the ground floor. staff was not friendly

Property is not as per they show in pictures. Bed sheets are old and there is no soap or hand wash for the washroom. We didn’t stay for 2 hours.

Very polite and welcoming location is also near to omkareshwar temple . Very helpful staff .. very cooperative staff

Facility is good,neat and clean, very near to Omkareshwar Dham, help desk is very good. Food is not available in the hotel and we eat outside.

Stay was comfortable, perfect location from bus stand and to omkareshwar temple. The only thing they need to work on is to improve their kitchen. The food was tasteless

Property is really good and at a walking distance from the temple. Staff is also very polite and helpful. Would recommend if anyone is travelling to Omkareshwar and looking for a stay

very unhygienic and small room at this point of price, you will not feel good in the hotel and a different uncomfortable feeling better there in you till the time you will stay here, it's better to come without booking and search for hotel at this address so you can check the room and select at different places also at low price.

The location of the hotel is very convenient... but cleanliness in the rooms were not good..bedsheet had dirt stains..the standard 2 seater room is very small.. they did upgrade one of my rooms to a bigger 3 seater one, thankful for that...

location is good. I think the hotel was recently made and they had food cantin at top floor where you will be heat up as it's open space so in summers it's very difficult to sit there and for room service this property took additional charges. So this property is much of an Owner Centric and not customer centric. Firstly I ordered 2 tea and you will be surprised we had been served in disposal glasses and the tea cost was Rs20 per cup.

It was an okay stay,nothing fancy about it . Yet the best part is the mandir is a walking distance of 10-15mins exactly . The staff was polite and nice though .

Location is okay, but the hotel staff behaviour is very rude. they denied providing even basic facility and courtesy of giving mineral water on arrival and it was not even kept in room, on asking about water they said it's not included with room price. I find this very weird and awkward for the price we paid for the room. infact the dental kits, kettle, mineral water nothing was provided which was mentioned as facilities while booking. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone as there is no service.

The room was clean, the staff was cooperative, the restaurant service was poor and the hotel's cleanliness was also poor... We can consider the average hotel up to 2.5 stat

The experience with this hotel is totally satisfied with management cleaning,rooms, food all is on point The staff is also very helpful.. please experience this whenever you go to omkareshwar must book this hotel..relly nice totally satisfied..😍

it's an average hotel with good rooms. One can plan a day stay in this hotel. Toiletries are not given.

Rooms are very small with no windows or ventilations in the washrooms. One of the rooms had no exhaust also in the washroom. Also, no wardrobes or cupboards provided in the room. After complaining, they changed our room and gave us a large family room. But there also, the toilet seat and faucet were broken. Also, no intercom in any of the rooms. You have to personally call them to get anything done. We thought to let it go as we were staying only for a day. The staff was helpful.

No restaurant, poor accessibility, unclean surroundings, no proper parking facility. But the staff is co-operative.

Very small rooms and very high you charged for that rooms.Our washroom is also bigger then that rooms. Very bad room service also. They given our first order tea in a polithin pack. We stay there with this problems also because I paid already as we reached late and I was with my family.

I booked through mmt and overall experience was good. So, the positive part is.... Good room size, neat and clean washrooms , Near to main temple. The most liked part was the food of their restaurant. Amazing taste!!!!. What I didn’t like was that there was no intercoms available in the room, TV was working with only you tube , food order was not available inside room. The price of the hotel was a bit overpriced.

Room is too small. Rest everything is fine. Its near to temple. So many restarents are in and around.
