Cockroach in room, cleanliness was not proper. Airconditioner was shutting down frequently. Too much price comparable to available facilities.

It's bad because of below mentioned points. 1) hotel doesn't have any information about our bookings, we have to show them our booking details. 2) i have booked for triple bed ac, but i got double bed room whose ac is switched off by hotel admin. And they are saying you booked non ac room inspite of giving them details & after lot of arguments they switch on the ac. 3) television of the room is also not working. 4) even basic hygiene are not maintained before check in, bed sheets are dirty, there is no fresh towel in the room. I have to ask hotel reception for the change. 5) they are providing tab water in the room, no ro or bottled water. 6) ther is no daily cleaning in the room. 7) hotel doesn't have restaurant. 8) hotel staff is unfriendly.

No parking facility. Rooms are messy lacking basic facilities. No toiletries provided.
