We want to clarify a few points regarding your visit: There was a miscommunication between our staff and yourself regarding the room upgrade from Non-AC to AC. Our team mistakenly suggested this upgrade, which was not intended. You had booked Non-AC rooms, and we promptly provided these upon your refusal to upgrade, which was within minutes. Your reservation was for two Non-AC rooms accommodating four people. However, during your stay, we noted an additional person, and we arranged for one room with three beds and another with a double bed to accommodate everyone. We did not charge you for the extra guest, as this was not included in your original booking through MMT. Regarding cleanliness, we take pride in maintaining high standards. Our staff provided you with the necessary amenities, including an extra blanket during late hours, and we did not receive any complaints about cleanliness during your stay.
