The property is good and specifically the service staff are very good , I like the way they treat guest is very friendly and cooperative. One suggestion must we have WiFi router on each Floor as WiFi signal is very weak on 2nd floor. Rest all things are up to the mark.

Every thing was almost perfect and upto the expectations which i had imagined while booking. The staff members are very cordial, respectful and helpful. The restaurant's food quality is excellent as we enjoyed the dinner as well as breakfast. The premises/rooms were very clean and the service was excellent. Highly recommended

Terrible Stay

Vary bad experience it was very horrible first they refused that they don't have rooms available we'll have to pay extra for wc rooms then we told that we already booked then after arguing they gave us two rooms which were not clean and smelling weird then bedsheets and blankets were not washed even there were hair and weird marks on the pillow covers.

We want to clarify a few points regarding your visit: There was a miscommunication between our staff and yourself regarding the room upgrade from Non-AC to AC. Our team mistakenly suggested this upgrade, which was not intended. You had booked Non-AC rooms, and we promptly provided these upon your refusal to upgrade, which was within minutes. Your reservation was for two Non-AC rooms accommodating four people. However, during your stay, we noted an additional person, and we arranged for one room with three beds and another with a double bed to accommodate everyone. We did not charge you for the extra guest, as this was not included in your original booking through MMT. Regarding cleanliness, we take pride in maintaining high standards. Our staff provided you with the necessary amenities, including an extra blanket during late hours, and we did not receive any complaints about cleanliness during your stay. My stay at hv hotel was good, staff were very nice and friendly. Room was clean, they allowed early checkin which was great. Even the room service was good too. I would highly recommend others to visit there too.
